Major Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide product management team for efficient and effective product management functions
- Facilitate senior management for developing strategic plans& budget for the products, major marketing functions and ensure effective execution of the plans through sales team
- Analyze market dynamics, customers’ attitudes for effective operations of marketing functions to improve prescription share, and sales volume of the products
- Organize marketing campaigns, and analyze gaps for evaluating product wise outcomes
- Prepare sales report of the products and other marketing functions and facilitate the senior management for deciding next course of actions
- Generate innovative ideas for adopting effective marketing programs of the products
- Liaison with other departments and stakeholders for smooth operations of the marketing programs
Job Requirements
- Age not more than 35 years, but can be relaxed for deserving candidates
- 4-5 years of experience in similar position preferably in ophthalmic area
- Excellent communication skills both in Bangla & English
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, organizational, interpersonal competencies
- Very good at MS office
- Should have ability to work under pressure, result oriented and can work independently with minimum supervision
