Job summary: To look after total Microbiological activities of manufacturing plant

Responsibilities:

  • Perform environmental monitoring within the manufacturing facilities.
  • Perform acceptance testing for media, biological indicators, and reagents, and perform testing on product samples.
  • Perform bacterial and mold identifications for unknown cultures and process biological indicators.
  • Accurately read and record results for all testing and testing activities, and enter data into relevant data management systems.
  • Prepare daily paperwork, supplies, and equipment for testing water and in–process and finished goods samples.
  • Monitor and test purified water.
  • Compile o reports, investigations, and data summaries.
  • Assist development of client test methods for raw material, in-process and finished goods samples.
  • Interact with internal departments for testing needs and coordinate tests performed at outside testing laboratories.

Job Requirements

Experience is not required, however work experience in any Reputed Pharmaceutical company will get preference.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensuring Manufacturing, Packaging and Storing of various dosage form of Pharmaceuticals products according to cGMP Guidelines.

  • Maintain Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) & Batch Packaging Record (BPR).
  • Follow up of product and batch change over procedures, checking in-process Control.
  • Utilize efficiently manpower, machinery and materials to improve productivity.
  • Liaise with Maintenance department for breakdown and preventive maintenance of the machinery and equipments & servicing facilities.
  • Maintain and update relevant documents of the section. This includes completion of process sheets, Instructions, forms, line clearance, and cleaned tag, and checklist and log books.
  • Maintain all the quality documents such as Change control management, deviation management etc.
  • Ensure the HSE(Health Safety and Environment) as per guideline for the respective area.

Job Description / Responsibility
  • To monitor the product migration of the organization in respect of chemist shops and wholesale market also find the responsible for reporting to the management.
  • To monitor the sales discounts for the chemists who are getting the special offers, free goods and any other facility from the company.
  • To check and ensure at the depot imprinting of particular seal on the packet of the company products.
  • To monitor the field force and distribution assistant respectively in consultation with sales and distribution department.
  • To prepare periodical report regarding the under rate / over rate / shortage of products etc in the market.
  • To monitor regularly the credit business operation of the organization
  • To coordinate and maintain liaison with depots and sales team regularly for due outstanding, identify the problems and take corrective measures for recovery.
  • To visit, pursue and communicate with clients or collection/ realization of outstanding.
  • To prepare comprehensive report regarding credit outstanding and realization status and provide the same to the management for information.
  • Review and to capture cross departmental performance and guide further improvement.
  • To perform any other assignment as and when required.

  • Preparing Monthly reconciliation statement between corporate office ledger with factory office ledger
  • Preparing necessary journal voucher incorporating factory transition.
  • Analyzing of financial statements.
  • Monthly valuation of issued promo materials.
  • Reconciling corporate ledger with Depot ledger.
  • To perform any relevant work as per company requirements.

  • Master in Accounting
  • CA (CC)/ ICMA – part qualified will be given preference
