Sales Manager (Ophthalmic Products) @Nipa Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

Job Description / Responsibility
  • Should be well experienced in Ophthalmic Products Sales.
  • Develop new and highly efficient sales team with Ophthalmic focus.
  • Develop and implement sales strategy and working system including Daily Call Report.
  • Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan.
  • Design and recommend sales programs and set short-term and long-term sales strategies.
  • Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze vacant territory; initiate corrective actions.
  • Manage and direct sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within all regions.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Maintain and expand customer base by counseling with RSM, Area Manager & MPO.
  • Achieve targets as designated using intelligence to prepare a central operating plan and ensuring strong brand presence.
  • Develop and expand share towards the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
  • Manage multiple districts within a region and adjust sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district.
  • Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the sales volume.
  • Promote, market and sell Ophthalmic Products to Doctors/Chemists through highly efficient teams.
  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results.
  • Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; survey customer needs and trends; track competitors.
  • Maintain national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and developing employees.
