Job Description / Responsibility
- 1. Asst. Manager – Sales and Marketing – Pharma Foil will be solely responsible for target based Sales and Marketing responsibilities of Pharma Foil products and printed foil business (Aluminum foil packaging like : aluminum pharmaceuticals blister foil, strip foil, sachet foil ) for pharmaceuticals industries & food industries.
- 2. Prepare target based Corporate Sales Marketing Plan (Pharma foil), Projection and budget and Target achievement as instruction by the Management. Regular reporting to Management on roll out of overall marketing and Sales plan.
- 3. Use the full marketing mix for the company’s Sales and marketing communications, sales promotion and development of new market opportunities (Pharma foil) for increasing sales
- 4. Responsible for developing foil packaging materials for keeping the products in conditions as acceptable to the clients of pharmaceuticals industries & food industries.
- 5. Identifying, developing, and evaluating marketing strategy, based on, market characteristics and cost and markup factors. Collection of competitors position in the market with a view to prepare marketing strategy.
- 6. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. Consult with product development personnel on product specifications, collection of market report and submit to reporting authority.
- 7. Follow up daily stock and delivery system.
- 8. Resolve quality claim of different customer.
- 9. To maintain liaison with local and foreign Pharma foils Buyer, Agent etc. Regular/ periodical visit to the local Pharmaceuticals Companies , buyers , continuous communication with foreign buyers and report to the management about developments.
- 10. Monitor sales, delivery, stock and debtor’s position and report to the management.
- 11. Attend the clients complain, if any, and find suitable solution to reach customer’s satisfaction.
- 12. Executing Marketing & Sales plans, negotiating contracts and managing operational activities.
- 13. Develop and establish customer service model that includes, customer communications and feedback, customer complaints management and technical assistance components
- 14. Performing any other relevant jobs as management decides.

Educational Requirements
- M.Pharm / B.Pharm / MBA in Marketing preferably from reputed university with allover good academic track record.

Additional Job Requirements
- Mandatorily need 4 to 8 years Pharmaceuticals Sales & Marketing experience in leading Pharmaceuticals Companies
- Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with Management & Customers.
- Strong command in English (speaking & writing is MUST need).
- High level of computer proficiency
