Job Description / Responsibility

• RFQ’s; RFP’s.
• Requisition processing.
• Comparative price analysis.
• Order release.
• Delivery follow-ups.
• Payment coordination and release.
• Vendor returns.
• Emergency purchase ensures cash purchase transaction.
• Status update on requisitions and requirement to user department.
• Vendor development and vendor management.
• TAT management for PO’s and delivery.
• Purchase MIS & Reporting.
• Emergency procurement management.
• Coordination with stores on demand planning.
• Coordination with user for demand planning.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce/B. Pharm
• Technical Qualification: Diploma in Materials Management/ Certificate Course in Inventory or Materials Management will get preference.

Experience Requirements: 0 to 1 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point).
• 0-1 years’ experience in Hospital/Healthcare in Maintenance/Purchase.
• Should have good communication skill.
• Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure
• Strong analytical abilities, leadership skill & passion to grow.
