Job Title: Product Portfolio Manager (Oncology & General)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Make annual marketing plan, formulate strategies for brands, ensure the growth of existing brands, search for new products, conduct feasibility analysis and launch new products according to the need of the market and company objectives.
• Create promotional materials, conduct promotional events, train the sales force, analyze market and sales trends, and ensure availability of products through distribution channels.
• Conduct field (Doctor & Chemist) visit to get first hand market experience and input these into marketing activities.
• To track & monitor competitors promotional and marketing activity, provide feedback to reporting authority, design and implement strategic reactions.
• Maximizing the target customer`s awareness of the brand through creative approaches.
• Select few potential brands and make them into Super brands through brand building.
• Keep liaison with the top management regarding all activities of department time to time and take advises and guidelines to develop functions of department.
• Development of promotional plan for existing products and prepare promotional materials accordingly.
• Prepare marketing plan of each product as well as annual marketing plan of the company with the objectives to fill up company’s goals.
• Give training of newly selected field forces and refreshers training of existing field forces & give final selection and posting of newly selected MR consulting with management.
• Take necessary measures in preparing and upgrading training manuals for both new and existing field forces.
• Create and give assignments to Executives and supervise their activities & motivate them to perform their job satisfactorily and give their yearly appraisal.
• Give proposal to management regarding future infra-structure development of the department such as
• Increase Manpower in department
• Increase logistic support etc.
• Inform reporting authority regarding all activities of department.

Requirements

• 5 to 6 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
