You will be responsible for managing a group of brands consisting of high-tech pharmaceutical products through innovative & challenging business strategies to enhance market demand for a sustainable business growth. Challenges will include developing annual business plan, implementing and monitoring marketing activities of the allocated product range, preparing quarterly cycle plan and yearly marketing plan to achieve business objectives in terms of sales & profitability.
You must have:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBBS / Biological Science preferably with MBA
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or product management of pharmaceutical or FMCG products
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven and innovative attitude with problem solving and decision making skills
- Knowledge about pharmaceutical market in terms of regulations, legislations, doctrine, trends and competitors
- Good understanding of product life-cycle management, product launching and coordination with launch management. Determining the strategic goal, positioning, pricing and tactics
- Excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bangla and adequate skills in computer applications
