Health Assistant @Center for Zakat Management (CZM)

To supervise and ensure the health education and primary health care services provided by the health assistants all throughout the week in all project areas.
To supervise and ensure the proper listing of pregnant and lactating mothers, assist to make delivery plans of the pregnant mothers, provide regular check-ups and necessary health services to the mothers in the project areas.
To supervise and monitor in order to ensure the maintenance of stock register for medicine.
To ensure availability or designated doctor’s service to the project beneficiaries.
To supervise and monitor the Ferdousi Health Care Center.
To supervise and ensure the adolescent group formation and provide special services to them.
To coordinate with head office, project staffs and project beneficiaries.
To ensure cleanliness and healthy environment in all the Ferdousi center.
To assist to create forward linkages with the local government and non-government health service providing organizations.
To ensure proper vaccination of the mothers and the children.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
