Job Context
    We require on full time basis experienced persons for above mentioned position to support the industry, expand our business & Operations and help the industry.
Job Description / Responsibility
  • Visit customers in public & private sector to promote products, arrange product demonstration, orientation, how to use to the prospective customers
  • Achieving the sales target set by the company
  • Plan Sales Program to achieve Monthly/Quarterly sales target and business objectives
  • Make Forecast for short term & long term market targets and report to superior
  • Prepare periodic sales pipeline reports showing sales volume and potential sales.
  • Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
  • Assist with responses to requests for proposals, direct prospective client tours, prepare pricing, and create sales presentations.
  • Identify business opportunities, create new customers, generate sales and manage relationship
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts.
  • Understand Bangladesh healthcare market and market dynamics, know competitors, their products and activities and report to management
  • Organize Training/ Orientation Program to customer/ end user.
  • Attend local health exhibition to promote and display our products & service
  • Organize Training to the Team member on Product Knowledge, In-Service, Demonstration, Procedure, Handling, Complying Storage condition, Delivery & Logistic Procedure etc.
  • Coordinate to ensure timely delivery of orders, invoice and follow up collection and ensure all dues are realized on time.
  • Other works assigned by the management.
Job Nature

Educational Requirements
    Bachelor in Business Degree or, Diploma in Medical Technology (Laboratory/ Pharmacy/ Physiotherapy or Dental) or, Diploma in Electrical or Electronics, or equivalent. Experience will be added relax for Educational Background.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Sales, Market Research, Corporate Marketing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Medical Equipment
Job Requirements
  • Age 24 to 39 year(s)
  • Quick learner and ready to get trained and to train the team members
  • Ready to travel cities and work in outdoor environment
  • Self motivated, positive minded, hardworking, willing to build career in Sales
  • Ability to work with CRM system
  • Computer Knowledge: Office, Email, Internet, Social Apps: Whatsapp, Facebook etc
  • Good command in English & Bengali with clear pronunciation.
  • Must have the ability to solve any emergency problems with the customers.
  • Capability to work in a team and motivate team members when required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and long hours.
