Job Description / Responsibility
- Deal with specific product portfolio and formulate strategies for specific brands
- Provide feedback to reporting authority, design and implement strategies
- Make annual marketing plan, ensure the growth of existing brands, search for new products, conducts feasibility analysis
- Create promotional materials, conduct promotional events, train the sales force, analyze market and sales trends, and ensure availability of products through distribution channels.
- Launch new products according to the need the market and company objectives.
- Visit field to get first hand market experience and input these into marketing activities.
- To track and monitor competitors promotional and marketing activity,
- Maximizing the target customer’s awareness of the brand through creative approaches.
- Select few potential brands and make them into super brands through brand building.
- Assist sales team to meet the monthly and yearly target.

- M. Pharm with excellent academic background from a reputed institution
- Candidates having MBA will get preference
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
