Job Responsibilities |
|
- Carry out Installation, Commissioning & Validation of Utility Machineries/Systems.
- Prepare, review of BOQ, Technical Evaluation sheets, URS, SOPs, Protocols of Machineries/Systems.
- Review & identification of irregularities in Layouts, P & ID diagrams etc.
- Supervise & conduct Maintenance works of different types of Machineries & Systems.
- Prepare data sheets for various utility requirements & cost effective analysis for energy saving engineering.
- Supervise/conduct all kinds of Mechanical works-Plumbing, Fabrication, Piping nets etc.
- Monitor HVAC system, BEMs system, Fire-Fighting System etc.
- Communicate Consultants/ 3rd party service providers/manufactures & collect necessary information related to engineering activities.
- Manage and supervise technicians’/3rd Party day to day works & accomplish the timeline effectively.
- Conduct training in SOPs/Protocols to the concerned people.
- Design & erection of different hydraulic/pneumatic control circuits.
- Adherence with current international regulatory requirements like USFDA, MHRA etc. in the field of process & utility engineering.
- Manage & ensure un-interrupted steam, air, hot water, chilled water etc. utility supply to the facility.

- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.

2-4 years of experience preferably in pharmaceutical industries.
