Job Context
- The position is directly responsible to Vice Chairman & CEO have sufficient experience of corporate management and is responsible for managing HR and Admin operations of the Company which include providing periodic manpower reports, maintenance of an adequate system of HR Audit and records, designing and preparing a set of comprehensive budget and control system to mitigate risk as well as to enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported Human Resource effective results. The position is responsible to ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted Bangladesh Labour Law.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Overall responsibility of company Administration and Human Resource Department
- Dealing with all HR issues including recruitment, human resource management, performance appraisal etc.
- Plan, develop, lead, direct & update HR issues.
- Ensure proper Training & Development process, Compensation & Benefit, Documentation,
- To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
- To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- To maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Motivate, Counsel the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
- Execution of company policies.
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
- Measure & record employee retention and turnover rates.
- Management of Organizational conflicts.
- Develop guidelines for HR policies and procedures, ensures consistency across countries in alignment with Company’s strategic goals.
- Partners with HR team members to help facilitate consistency in the HR practice throughout all domestic and international personnel.
- Conducting employee engagement program to establish a strong culture in the organization.
- Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, employee welfare services and counseling.
- Ensuring proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents.
- Follow up daily HR activities as organization demand as per the company policy with strong supervision.
- Ensure the implementation of standard performance appraisal system.

Educational Requirements
- Masters in any discipline with PGD in HRM/ MBA in HRM
- Must have adequate knowledge on Bangladesh labor Law & implementation.
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
Job Requirements
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Administration, HR
- Sound language skills in both English and Bangla
- Knowledge in payroll computation and administration
- Working knowledge in organizational development and change management
- Strong Computer literacy especially working with software or excel sheet
