Job Description / Responsibility
- To manage, direct and supervise the total depot staff effectively, efficiently and smoothly.
- Prepare cost effective monthly delivery schedule and route plan in consultation and mutual agreement with respective DRSM/RSM to bring entire market coverage for smooth sales and distribution.
- Identify the reason of return goods and take appropriate action to reduce refusal by proper counseling of each CSR.
- Monitor, maintain and supervise optimum level of stock and take necessary steps to liquidate the short dated products by maintaining FEFO (First Expiry First out).
- Monitor all credit sales and arrange to realize/recover according to the due date of entire outstanding in consultation with MIO/DRSM/RSM.
- Ensure proper supervision for timely deposit all sales proceeds and credit collection to the company?s authorized bank on daily working hours of bank.
- To supervise, monitor and checking to update depot monthly accounts receivable, payable and reconciliation of total cash sales and credit collection with banks deposit including closing stock statement and send to Head Office to regularize for final adjustment and settlement.
- To check and verify all regulatory affairs of depot in regard to all licenses and other relevant papers and documents are right in order and updated according to the company?s policy.
- Ensure and maintain safety, security and hygiene of depot.
- Properly maintain the record of furniture, fixtures, capital items etc. of depot.
- Supervise the attendance and leave management of depot staff

- Having experience in the similar positions in a reputed pharmaceutical company
- Well conversant with MS-Office & Excel
- Good communication skill in English & Bangla
- Well conversant with ERP/ Distribution software
