Job Description / Responsibility

Development of Brand Plans/ Marketing Strategies for all the brands individually
Increase the Market share and Profitability
Designing of Promotional campaign and Development of required Promotional tools
Coordinating with the team of Product Executives in proper implementation and follow-up of the assigned task
New Product Launching
Conduct fresh training program for Medical Promotion Officers and evaluates training need of them in consultation with concerned leaders and organize refreshers training
Maintain liaison with the concern people of Drug Administration, Drug Testing Laboratories for regulatory formalities to introduction of newer molecules in the market
Conduct monthly sales meeting at different regional head quarters in order to ensure understanding of marketing action plan by Medical Promotion Officers and to assess their implementation capability, level of motivation and training need
Meeting the key doctors over the country and exchange ideas to obtain feedback on the movement of products
Ensure academic support ton community of doctors through answering queries related to medical and technical aspects along with the published documents
Analyzing Internal Sales
Handling field forces queries
Co-ordination between Departments- for timely execution of the planned strategies
