DEPUTY MANAGER/SENIOR EXECUTIVE–QUALITY CONTROL @SMC Enterprise Ltd.

POSITION TITLE: DEPUTY MANAGER/ SENIOR EXECUTIVE–QUALITY CONTROL

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check all analytical report of RM/PM and bulk & finished products as per SOP’s.
• Allocate and monitor day to day routine activities of QC Personnel.
• Set standards for quality as well as health and safety.
• Establish company’s quality procedure standard, update test procedure and specification.
• Arrange the sampling and analysis in different stages of process validation and cleaning validation of equipment.
• Ensure quality of finished products and disburse only when they meet the standard.
• Make suggestions for changes, improvements and how to implement them.
• Ensure proper packing, date coding, sealing and other procedure.
• Monitor performance based on relevant data and produce statistical report.
• Calibration and maintenance of QC instruments and other apparatus.
• Maintain all controlled documents files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure release or reject of bulk product & packaging materials in time.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• M.Sc. in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry from any recognized University.
• At least 6 years experience preferably in hygiene/paper/consumer products manufacturing industry.
• Maximum 40 years of age.
• Should have good communication skills both in Bangla and English.
• Excellent computer skills especially in MS Application suite.
• Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
