Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Handle civil, criminal and company related legal issues and represent company at the court
- Perform legal formalities regarding lease, purchase and sale of property
- Prepare deeds, agreements and bonds etc.
- Provide all types of legal support to the company
Pre-requisite to apply:
- LL.M. with LL.B. (Hons.) from any reputed university
- Enrolled as an Advocate in Bangladesh Bar Council or Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field
- Excellent communication skill in English
- Well conversant with MS Office
- Within 35 years of age
