POSITION TITLE: PRODUCT MANAGER – CONSUMER PRODUCTS & DEVELOPMENT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop Hygiene/food/drink products including packaging from the ground-up.
• Coordinate with sales team to determine strategies; promotional materials and other marketing support requirements.
• Visit markets regularly to interact with the sales force, trade, health providers and customers and collect market intelligence and prepare reports.
• Develop pricing model to optimize profitability.
• Develop innovative marketing strategies for product launch.
• Prepare questionnaire/ RFP and participate in pre-test or any study.
• Assist supervisor in developing the Annual Marketing Plans and budget.
• Develop creative brief for advertising agencies using research-driven consumer insights.
• Assist supervisor in developing business proposals for management approvals and follow up on decisions which is to be taken.

 QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• MBA in Marketing from any recognized University.
• 5-7 years experience in new product development and launching.
• Age maximum 38 years.
• Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bangla.
• Excellent computer skills especially in MS Application suite.
