Job Description / Responsibility
- Prime Pharmaceuticals Ltd is looking for an experienced, mature and hands on Manager- Marketing & Sales who is a strategic thinker to lead the Marketing & Sales Division. The position will be based at the HO in DOHS Mohakhali, Dhaka and reports to the MD.
- Lead and manage a team of Marketing and Sales professionals in both Pharmaceutical and Healthcare product category to do the following:
- Develop Long-term and Midterm Strategic Plans for expansion and growth
- Prepare annual Product Marketing & Sales Plan
- Develop and implement brand and generic advertising and promotional campaigns
- Develop and execute new for profit business proposals
- Undertake Market Research to develop and utilize Marketing insights
- Support Medical Sales and Promotion, and product distribution
- Write high quality reports related to Marketing
- Represent Prime Pharma in various Business related forums
- New product introductions at regular intervals
- Strict compliance with Pricing strategy that promotes both profitability as well as affordability
- Extensive support to Sales and Field promotion to achieve the annual revenue and
- profitability targets including regular field visits to collect market insights by the Marketing team
- Promote a culture of using research and strategic insights within the Marketing and Sales team

- Social Science degree with an MBA, preferably in Marketing or Masters in Marketing
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)

- Age 40 to 50 year(s)
- Above 10 years of demonstrated success in Marketing at a responsible Management
- position that includes a mix of pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing.
- Excellent English writing skills, both verbal and written as well as good working
- proficiency in Bangla.
- Skilled in dealing effectively with advertising agencies, research organizations, other Marketing vendors
- High leadership quality; motivational and supervisory skills; go getter, task oriented, and a team player.
