To support our continuous growth, we are looking for result oriented individuals in our existing team for the following position:

Position: Branch Manager

Job Location: Any where in Bangladesh

Number of Vacancy:      01

Position Summary:  The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end Branch Operation. He shall increase company’s profitability and customer satisfaction by leading the branch operations in a safe, secure, efficient and cost-effective manner that complies with the company policies, principals’ guidelines and all other statutory and regulatory requirements

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule warehouse and delivery staff to ensure safe and efficient operation of all branch functions
• Ensure that products are received and stored in an efficient and economical manner, and maintain required records in conformance with company policy
• Control credit sales, AR performance, DSO maintenance, quality AR maintenance, aged account monitoring and recovery; recommend credit limit, suspension etc
• Initiate legal actions against legitimate company claims e.g. unpaid accounts, losses, damages to company assets, etc. as per company guidelines
• Resolve any delivery complaint issues quickly and effectively
• Use excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to deal positively with Principals’ staff, employees, vendors and customers
• Coach and counsel staffs to be more customer focused and regularly evaluate employees’ performance and arrange for necessary development program in coordination with Corporate Human Resources

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Graduate/ Masters in any discipline, preferable from business studies
• At least 06 years work experience with similar position in multinational/ renowned local pharmaceuticals company
