Job Descriptions:
- Prepare and review conceptual, basic & detailed designs complying cGMP, GEP, HSE guidelines & national regulations.
- Prepare URS for facility, process equipment & utility equipment.
- Invite quotations from manufactures or vendor according to approved URS.
- Evaluate the quotations and perform comparative studies.
- Plan, schedule & monitor project activities through Gantt chart.
- Expedite assigned tasks, report and escalate to higher management.
- Coordinate the project follow up meeting.
- Review qualification documents such as DQ, FRS, IQ, QQ for facilities & equipment for production & Utilities.

- Collect all necessary documents (such as updated drawings, layout, qualification documents from all responsible person/ manufacturer/ supplier/ vendor and ensure receipt and archival.
- Arrange for execution of FAT of equipments & SAT after commissioning.
- Compile the project file at the end of project.
- Any other activities assigned by the superior.
Required Qualification:
- B. Sc in Chemical/Industrial engineering from a reputed public university.
Necessary Skills:
- Sound technical aptitude on PLC controlled production equipment for various dosage forms like – oral, Solid & liquids, Creams & Ointment, LVP & SVP, Lyphilizotion & Soft Gel etc.
- Should be familiar with the utility systems like HVAC, Water, BMS, FAS, Boiler, Nitrogen and Compressed air.
- Conversant with PIC/S, EU, MHRA, FDA, GMP Guidelines, GEP & GAMP.
- Effective Time Management.
- Having working knowledge in MS Office, MS Project & AUtoCod
Experience:
- 3-5 years experience in top ten pharma companies.
