Job Description / Responsibility

• Design , Develop and Maintain Corporate Network and Server Management.
• Maintain Cisco & other Brand Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches.
• Maintain Proxy Server, Mail Server, Routing on Firewall, Layer 3 switch and Routers.
• Maintain Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Switching, CCTV, VPN, Mobile Apps manage and deploy etc.
• Administer and Maintain of Windows and Linux Server and client system.
• Maintain & Supervise distributed computing environments.
• Diagnose system hardware issues and software failures, communicates the remediation plans to users, and provide status updates and take effective measures to solve the problem.
• Interact with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provide answers in a timely manner.
• Deploy PC, server, and network hardware per approved system configurations and provide PC system troubleshooting and support for end users, including Office 2013 / 2016 suite.
• Seek out new technologies and ideas to add value to project.

Job Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in IT Hardware, Network and Support service.
• At least a year of demonstrated IT experience in the areas of Server management and Network Administration.
• Microsoft and Cisco Certification is preferred. Other Vendor certification will be advantaged.
• Checking and Testing before deploy any application or system configuration.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance providing excellent customer service at all times, to include maintaining a good work ethic and assisting other analysts when needed.
• Must be energetic and meet the project deadline and give the highest priority to the project.
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills, capable of training users in different topics.
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Adherent to teamwork and always represent team in work and achievement.
• Ability to work regularly, hardly and efficiently.

Job Nature: Full time

Educational Requirements: B.Sc. in CSE from Reputed University (may be relaxed for experienced candidate).

Experience Requirements: 3 – 5 years(s).
