Navana Pharmaceuticals Ltd., a Jahurul Islam Company, is undergoing major expansion to meet the
growing need of domestic as well as export market. Navana is looking for enthusiastic, ambitious and
hard working individual for the following position:

Position: Head of Technical Services, Agro-Vet Division

Key Responsibilities:    

This a senior manager level position and the incumbent will be reporting to Executive Director. He will be responsible to:

• Supervise the job of Technical Services Executives working all over the country.
• Explore new product or new technology in the area of Agro-Veterinary sectors.
• Formulate business plan for new product or technology and formulate strategy to achieve the business target.
• Maintain strong liaison with key leading customers (Farms/Organizations) in Agro-Veterinary sectors to explore Key Account business in the domestic market.
• Explore business opportunity in overseas market and maintain strong liaison with overseas business partners.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine /Animal Husbandry or Masters in Agriculture from any reputed university.
• Minimum 10 years experience with 2-3 years experience in managerial level in the similar field preferably in a reputed pharmaceutical company.
• A proven career track record in the Agro-Veterinary industry at national level.
• Very good skill in negotiation and inter-personal relationship building.
• Excellent communication skill in English.
• Good computer literacy
