Who we are looking for?

Dynamic individuals capable of consistently delivering & exceeding expectations in the following:

Overview of the Responsibilities:

Project Management
Relationship management
Reporting

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or Public Health or related subjects
MBA in Marketing or Management Information Systems (MIS) will be an advantage

Experience Requirements:

Two (02) to Three (03) years of experience in clinical project management environment (pharmaceutical, health service provider etc.) or the equivalent combination of education, skills and experience to perform the job.
Any Project Management certification will be an advantage

Job Requirements:

Experience in strategic analysis, project planning, budgeting, risk management and scope management
Assist in managing project life-cycle, including tracking and resolving issues, risks, dependencies and critical path objectives
Provide timely and audience specific status reports
Conduct efficient documentation management
Maintain communication with all internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Job Requirements:

Proven project management experience
Excellent business communication & negotiation skill in English
Adherent to teamwork and always represent team in work and achievement
Work with clients from different countries
Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
Ability to evaluate, define and prioritize activities/projects for self and others
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Visio and MS Project.
