Job Description / Responsibility
- To achieve company’s set sales and prescription objective for the company through the team members effectively and efficiently.
- Will coordinate with distribution department to assure in time and cost effective delivery of goods.
- Will visit all important Veterinary doctor/ VFA/PC, Traders, Dealer, Distributors, Chemist & Farmers all over the country with the objective of searching more and more scope for development of Veterinary doctor/ VFA/PC, Traders, Dealer, Distributors, Chemist & Farmers, products and assessing the quality and quantity exposure status of MIO/SMIO/ AM & RSM to respective doctors and chemists and accordingly conduct corrective measures.
- Ensure the prescription commitment from Veterinary MCS doctors & Onetime donated doctors.
- Coordinate the Tour Plan, Daily Work Plan, Delivery Schedule of MIO/SMIO/AM and RSM all over the country assuring the needful and maximum outcome of the work.
- Will cross-check all routine activities like Tour Plan, Daily Call Report, Delivery Schedule, Monthly Report, Expense Bills and orders for goods supply of his subordinates regularly assuring the optimum level of perfection in each area.
- Monitor and assure the prescription and sales objective of the total Field Forces daily basis.
- Will assure that the needful corrective measure is taken by AM/RSM in time (if any deviation exists in achieving daily prescription and sales objective in his working area).
- Will develop the product knowledge and selling skill of his team members (RSM/AM/SMIO/MIO) and routinely will evaluate the same.
- Will assure implementation of SOP for his position. Also assure the same for his subordinate and for this purpose he will conduct continuous audit and accordingly will take necessary corrective measures.
- Will organize approved Veterinary doctor/ VFA/PC conference and organize the OPL products presentation
- Will evaluate the performance of his subordinates and will appraise accordingly for rewards in time.
- Will provide and maintain high level of motivation to all of his subordinate to exploit the maximum outcome from each of them.
- To do any other functions as may be assigned from time to time by the higher management and reporting authority.
- To build up and up hold company’s image in front of customers.
- Safeguard company’s asset.

- DVM/ B. Sc in Agriculture and MBA Marketing from any reputed university

- Age 37 to 40 year(s)
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Well conversant with MS-Office
- Good communication skill in English & Bangla
- Well conversant with ERP software
- Must have 10 to 14 year(s) experience in Veterinary Product Sales, with 2 to 3 years experience in similar position with a reputed Pharmaceuticals Company.
