- Project data & business analysis
- Lead the Health Care Professionals of the call center and monitor their KPI
- Liaison between partner & SSL
- Ensure total quality of Project Management
- Prepare weekly report for the management as per the guidelines.

- 3 to 4 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- Preference will be given to the experienced Project Coordinator at any Pharmaceutical/in a Medical Support related Call Center
- Very good command over English. Background should be O/A Level or at least 6.5 Score in IELTS.
