Key Responsibilities:

• Plan PC (Polli Chikitshok-Rural Medical Practitioners) conference schedule at the beginning of the month and conduct conferences regularly when required.
• Conduct PC conferences and scientific seminars in order to update them with the latest medical technologies and drugs by effective multimedia presentations.
• Establish effective interaction with different doctor groups as a routine in order to educate them on ACME products and increase overall responsiveness followed by prescription and sales generation.
• Prepare conference plans to reach potential targets and send daily updates to concerned authority to inform the progress.
• Keep close contact with concerned RSM/ASM and ensure the presence of RSM/ASM in the conference to make the sessions more effective.

Pre-requisite to apply:

• The incumbent should be B.Pharm / M.Pharm / science graduate from any reputed university preferably with MBA.
• 1-2 year(s) work experience in pharmaceuticals industry will be considered as an added advantage.
• The incumbent should have skills in multimedia presentation, effective communication (both oral & writing) and active leadership.
• The candidate should have extensive knowledge in MS office package.
• The incumbent should be self-driven, result focused with “can do” attitude.
• Age limit is within 30 years.
