Job Context
- Work Station: Factory Compound, West Tengra, Sharulia, Demra, Dhaka.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Monitor Daily Production en every section, i.e. Solid, Liquid, Powder and Injection Section.
- Capable to supervise overall activities of Production Department.
- Capable to coordinate and supervise of all the section and departments to attain maximum efficiency.
- Capable to prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly Production schedule based on quarterly and half-yearly production.
- Capable to Maintain and prepare documentations periodical reports and statements.
- Capable to Give Training of Production Employees as per required.
- Capable to implement GMP in All Production Activities.
- Capable to introduce new innovative methods and technique to achieve higher productivity.
- Capable to maintain documentation, development and up-gradation of test formats & record keeping.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly production plan as per Marketing Plan and execute.
- Reporting to Director and Chairman about daily production.
- Capable to take Corrective and preventive action of injection plant and Manufacturing Process Division.

Educational Requirements
- M. Pharma from any reputed University.
- M. Pharma from Dhaka University will be preferable.
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 10 year(s)

- Age 30 to 45 year(s)
- 8 to 10 years practical Experience in similar post.
- Good Communications Skills both Bangla and English.
- Computer Skill in MS-Office & Internet based Application
