Job Description / Responsibility

Positive attitude
Obtain training.
To Visit qualified Doctors for target product promotion & sales achievement by prescription.
Should agree to work anywhere in Bangladesh where Govt. medical college & hospitals are.
Keep good relation with Doctors & Chemist.
Explain about our food substitute product with Doctors.
Sales Target : Initially your Sales Target will be Tk. 1,00,000/- ( Trade price without VAT) only consisting of the following target products namely ( (1) CAL-UP (Calcium). (2) CIPROCAP (Ciprofloxacin) (3) SERIDOL (Paracetamol) (4) NIDA (Metronidazol) (5) SEREN (Fluoxetine) (6) SWEET 600+ Pellet (Sucralose) (7) EMITAB (Prochlorperazine Maleate)
Order : Order should be placed with on line transfer of money to our A/C with the Banker along with the order which initially be at least Tk. 5000/-
Salary & D/A: (Maximum 15,000/-, T/A, D/A 200/- per working day )
We will pay your Salary & Traveling expenses on the following basis :
1st month : Full Salary & T.E on achieving 50% Sales Target.
2nd month : Full Salary & T.E on achieving 60% Sales Target.
3rd month : Full Salary & T.E on achieving 75% Sales Target.
4th month : Full Salary & T.E on achieving 100% Sales Target,
Failing your Salary & Traveling allowances will be paid according to your achievement to Sales Target. Further no Salary & Traveling expenses will be paid for the days when there is any false report or at all no report (as per Company’s instruction) .
Incentive Policy :
Excess over target & other product Sales : 5%
