Job Description/ Responsibility:
- Willing to promote our products mainly to the senior Doctor’s of the country.
- Must be able to recruit field forces who will be able to generate prescription & Sales (To start with 20 MPO/MR/MIO- see requirement etc in bdjobs.com)
- Proper training to the field forces
- Placement of the field forces
- To prepare budget & set the sales target
- Achievement of the given sales target by promoting the product.
- No need to apply if there is a habit to give wrong information & or tendency of deception.(Sincerity, honesty & integrity we want).
- Ignoring the above if anyone is appointed & proved as a Fraud then no payment will be made.
- Willing to travel to all over Bangladesh
- Sales Target : Sales target of each member of your team will be Tk. 1,00,000/- ( Trade price without VAT) per month consisting of the following target products namely (1) AMOCAP (Amoxycillin) (2) CIPROCAP (Ciprofloxacin) (3) CLOXAFU (Flucloxacillin) (4) CYCLOX (Cloxacillin) ( (5) ALURIC (Allopurional) (6) SEREN (Fluoxetine) (7) SERIDOL (Paracetamol) (8) NIDA (Metronidazol) (9) SWEET 600+ Tablet, Pellet & Drop (Sucralose) (10) EMITAB (Prochlorperazine Maleate) (11) CAL-UP (Calcium).
- Please note that your total sales target will be the cumulative figure of your team members along with your personal sales target of Tk. 1,00,000/-
Educational Requirements: Graduate and able to communicate in English & Bangla (speaking as well as writing)
Work Experience: At least 10 years working experience in reputed Pharmaceuticals Company having good relationship with Qualified Physician (Allopathic) in the designated area.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Age at least 35 year(s)
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Must be willing to work with this company for at least 3 (three) years
Salary & D/A: 50,000/- ( Salary & D.A) / Negotiable
We will pay your Salary & Traveling expenses on the following basis:
- 1st month : Full Salary & T.E on achieving 50% Sales Target.
- 2nd month : Full Salary & T.E on achieving 60% Sales Target.
- 3rd month : Full Salary & T.E on achieving 75% Sales Target.
- 4th month : Full Salary & T.E on achieving 100% Sales Target, Failing, your Salary & Traveling allowances will be paid according to your achievement to Sales Target. Further no Salary & Traveling expenses will be paid for the days when there is any false report or at all no report (as per Company’s instruction)
Job Location:
1. Western part of Bangladesh i,e greater Rangpur, Dinajpur, Bogra, Pabna, Rajshahi, Kushtia, Faridpur, Barisal, Khulna & Jessore.
2. Eastern part of Bangladesh i,e greater Mymensing Sylhet, Comilla, Noakhali & Chittagong, Chittagong Hill tracks.
